Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can come up. In the event that you need to cancel your service, please be sure to notify us no later than 24HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment time.
*Deposits for all services at Rêver Creations are non-refundable*
Please be advised that no-show 's will result in 100% payment of future service upfront.
Late cancellation or Reschedule will result in deposit forfeit.
Tardiness:
10 minute grace period. Arrivals after will result in service interruption and/ or will incur in automatic cancellation +deposit forfeit.
Children/ Visitors:
To guarantee the comfort of all clients, children are not permitted in the service area. Children are welcome to the waiting area only if accompanied by an adult 18years old or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.
